These tools may allow you to connect owned accounts, upload approved videos, store captions, set posting schedules, submit content for publishing, and view posting results. You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content, captions, claims, hashtags, disclosures, and posting schedules comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, and research-use-only restrictions.

Uploaded content

You represent that you own or have permission to use any videos, images, captions, music, trademarks, names, likenesses, and other materials you upload or schedule. You grant HelixGen Labs a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, upload, and publish that content only as needed to provide the requested tool or service. We may remove or refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.

Prohibited uses
